CIFAL is the longest standing and largest French company specializing in trade and services operating in Russia and the Central Asian/Caspian region. Over the last decade, CIFAL has expanded its operations to China, the Middle East and Latin America by acquiring equity in companies with similar or complementary activities.
Our core business remains operational business support for the exports activities of key industrial groups. We have successfully identified and engineered the financial and industrial setup and business support for dozens of projects, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Alongside these business and consulting services, we have developed an enlarged range of engineering and industrial services (project management, trading, logistics, outsourced human resources management, certification, technical translation, etc.).
This form of organization, built around two service divisions (consulting/business support and engineering and industrial services), have allowed us to establish long-term partnerships with our clients and partners, from the pre-contract negotiating phase to project execution.
A leader on its original markets, CIFAL continues to grow thanks to the renewed trust of its partners. They know they can count on the expertise of its 200 highly qualified employees who are at once international trade experts, recognized professionals in their field, and effective partners on the ground. Based in a dozen countries, they help generate more than one billion euros in international contracts.
